I moved to Anchorage to live closer to nature and build a slower, more intentional life, and that choice shapes how I work with clients. I come from investment banking, where I learned how to think clearly about risk, structure, and negotiation, and I still use that foundation, but in a more grounded and human way. I also approach real estate through my own financial independence journey, focusing on flexibility, optionality, and long-term alignment.

I’ve lived and worked across different places, including Europe, NYC, Denver, and Anchorage, which gives me a broader perspective on decisions and tradeoffs. I work best with clients who want more than a transaction and appreciate honest, thoughtful guidance. My goal is to help people make real estate decisions that genuinely support the life they want to build.
