A little bit about Roderick
I moved to Anchorage because I wanted a life closer to the outdoors. Something more intentional, a bit slower, and less centered around the usual markers of success. That choice still shapes how I work with my clients today. Before real estate, I worked in investment banking, where I learned to think clearly about risk, structure, negotiation, and tradeoffs. That foundation is still part of how I approach decisions, but my style today is more grounded, warm, and human.
I am also on my own financial independence journey, so I naturally think with my clients about flexibility and optionality. Not just the property itself, but how that decision fits into the bigger picture of their life. My perspective is shaped by living and working in very different places. I have French and Polish roots, a European lens, and experience in New York City, Denver, and Anchorage, which helps me understand different priorities and ways of thinking.
I tend to work best with people who want more than a transaction or generic advice. People who want someone to think with them, ask the right questions, and be honest along the way. At the end of the day, my focus is simple. I help people make decisions that feel aligned with the life they want to build.
